As the son of two historians from the 3030s, Alex joins them on a trip to the 2020s. In the future, everyone will live in buildings in the sky. Alex has never set foot on the surface of the Earth before! He is excited to learn everything he can about God’s creation and the culture of the 2020s. Alex becomes friends with his neighbor, Wyatt. Together, they study many different things while Alex discovers what life is like on the surface of the Earth. They learn about eyesight, trees, folk stories, the Middle Ages, and the weather.
